The sale by management of stock right after we uplisted to the Nasdaq grows ever more significant over time, because they have never bought. Perhaps they never will since they do have a lot of stock options, but if they ever do that will say more than all their assurances, which over time, even if meant with integrity, have not prevented delays and a sagging stock price.
As for the possibility of a cheap buyout of Poet, a long time ago, Poet had a takeover poison pill. I must admit I wish we still had it.
