It's all good but units and $$$ is what's needed for value. Market can't assign value on this news release.

JV would be another market mover though. 

Problem though is we still don't have sales for third and fourth quarters. Another delay if we are talking early 2024.

In and of itself is minimal but as the boy who cried wolf just have a hard time believing until it happens.
