This is more than a symbolic move by Sanan; it is a confirmation of orders that Raku mentioned last week of orders received and coming in the next months. They are an important INSIDER putting their investment dollars to work while increasing their shares in the JV at the same time. This isn't the time to sell, when given a strong buy signal.  The dam is cracking open.
