I agree in your sequence CWDM but I don't think we need to raise anything near $50M at this time.

I'd like to see just enough to get us to the point the company is cash flow positive.

That would be a huge and welcomed position by the market and new investors who are sitting on the side lines waiting for this to be resolved.
