This is something I have been wondering myself as a possibility. Will CAi take a minority stake in PTK. This would be very Japanese of them akin to car manufacturers and the parts Cos. historically. Regardless, a one of possibility. One way of checking if at all likely is to take a look at CAi recent capital raise and look at use of funds; meaning what has CAi stipulated they could use funds for. If possible acquisitions stipulated then interesting. 

Separately, for purposes of clarity, way I read msg is they haven't "cancelled" they ATM in the US they just have opted not to utilize it for now. Again, saying to me they might not need it anymore; but prudently keeping it open as no benefit in closing a possible future source of funding; especially if less dilutive due to a rising stock price. 

We have been so negative for so long here, for us longs with reason.....but I believe as previously stated that inflection point is very near.
