How do we have support of institutional investors. ? Last I checked it was only at 2% and it had been higher than that previously.  Also the ATM was not utilized as much as most of us thought.  Posting this news release late Friday evening does not come across as a positive move.  Why was the ATM refreshed Sept. 1st followed by no sales and then suspended ?  If they had a replacement for cash flow then it should have been announced but instead this has only sowed a degree of doubt amongst some. As usual more questions than answers.
