You would only suspend the US ATM if a financing deal was done or imminent.

A NR Monday or very early next week should make everything clear.

Recent news releases stating SPX investing more in equipment due to demand, low volume production rolling off the production lines, production capacity ready to ramp, more products released this month ..... we are at a major inflection point.

And that has likely got the attention and support of Institutional investors.
