We, most of us, look at almost any Friday PRs, for any position, and would think of them as being negative news. This is not bad news at all, unless......think for a minute,... you're short. Shorts can't use the ATM and what better way to catch them by their 'short hairs' than to release this news late Friday? Lots of time for it to sink in, time for all fence sitters to get a little more balance and hold on, and more time for shorts to panic.....
