Canada allows shorts to cover with their financing... Does everyone understand how that works? 

Short it back into a penny stock, announce a bought deal, those purchased shares cover their short, maybe issue a higher price target and some news, rinse and repeat. 

Are there no competent anglers on this boat that can deal with these sharks?
