Suspending the ATM may appear to have been the correct move in the short term, BUT it clearly shows that the BoD and certain management did not know how to use and capitalize on this financing method appropriately in the public market. Yet again it screams of incompentency to finance the compaines ongoing operations without erroding shareholder value and the public perspective of the company.
