Well, I have an idea that seems to work for me a lot.

Poet used the ATM once and sold 227,673 shares for $5.82ca. They paid a few expenses but ended up with.. $1,285,000... Nobody seems to like the ATM, but keep it open anyway for emergencies and use it anytime needed.

Now Poet, take whatever money, total, you've made from those shares, and at $4/sh buy back 321,250 shares (that will cost you the $1,285,000 @$4ca)... That's not too bad considering you sold only 227, 673 shares. 

Ah, you say, that won't work, all you'll do is drive the share price up. Ha, wouldn't want that, would we? ( and create confidence, and a buying frenzy)

And, if worst comes to worst, you'll get all your shares back +20% for 4 bucks a share. And an ATM that nobody likes back the same as if not used at all..plus ATM still ready to use in an emergency.... Just a thought.
