ITTR: Why has the company failed to attract them? 

Investors are attracted by money, nothing else. So they still don't see money tight to Poet's technical progress. 

Is it poor communication? The extremely fragmented market of optoelectronics? A mixture? Or are they right?

If Poet wants to change it: They can't change the fragmented landscape. So the only thing left is communication, right?
