But that's just not true though.  They have conveyed these messages in tweets (below), NR's and trade shows.  Hence the supposed interest from inside the industry.  Most shareholders should be able to tell you what POET offers.  The issue is a lack of irrefutable proof.  You can shout it from the rooftops as much as you like, if you don't gain industry acceptance then it's for the birds.

This is where we find ourselves as a company.  POET are trying to prove that what they've created has real value and can be mass produced.  Until such time we are not likely to be taken seriously by the investement community at large. Everyone just wishes it could be done more expeditiously.  We have time to market vs shareholder expectations and never the twain shall meet.
