Either something quite negative or positive is happening. Leaning towards the latter. To many pokers in the fire with various entities to not be moving forward.

We do need cash however and an abrupt stop to the ATM suggests an alternative method to cash.

I guess we just have to wait. Not using the word patience because it's now in the category or "production " these words have taken on a whole new definition
