No sane business practice would involve halting ATM  unless the company had a replacement plan for funding itself otherwise we are probably headed to zero....Come on management ,dont keep us in the dark, what is the plan here you MUST know...the longer we stay in the dark the more your long suffering shareholders are going to drop away and lose all hope.Even if you cant reveal the plan itself,please reassure us that there is indeed a PLAN.
