Imagine actually blaming the board reaction instead of what happened. Of all the days, if you're redirecting to shareholders, you're an enabler.  Stone cold fact, this debacle is on management. Period. Sure, we look forward, but spare me the cheerleading when news comes and we get back to a 5 year low, like it's a triumph.  Craziness is right, at least spell it correctly.
