Hello,  yes this is new account. I've been banned in the past.  Long time holder.  

Here is how I see it.  I'm not making excuses for management but they seem to have been caught in a Catch 22 situation.  With financing needs becoming more and more inevitable it seems they had to toe their own line and not release any negative news.  So is this dishonesty?  And here in lies the catch 22. They are focused to remain positive until the very last second and that leads to sitting down in a position of weakness with wolves.  Now we are at the mercy of the market and nobody is going to invest millions unless it's a a steal of f'in deal.  

The question now is.... are there customers really interested and it's just taking a while or in end were they just not interested?
