Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is being presented as an open market offering. Not to say that Maxim clients won't be buying it, but as stated in the prelim its going to be open to anyone.  I'm trying to assess how that factors into the equation.  My calculations say it has a good chance to lead to a sp bounce, as people want the stock with the warrant attached and the naked shorts back off.   Just a good chance though.  Not a sure thing.
