We'll put.  I can't help but think the delay in financing was because management was waiting to hear from customers, with a 'surely, any day now...' but finally had to give up on that and do a financing.   As someone afraid it could be worse than that, I feel a bit relieved.   It's like contracting work, always taking twice as long and costing twice as much as expected.
