ABC, I think the new equipment was not all that much in terms of capital contribution. I doubt we own less than 75%. As far as what we were valued on based on GaAs, we were likely overvalued then. 

But we agree 100% on the current undervaluation!  We just need to raise some cash. And, unfortunately, it's become a lot more expensive than it should have been.
