VV, a large percentage of shares votes for directors. Even though our volume has been way up, the percentage of shares traded in the last week is tiny compared to total outstanding. 

The price of the shares is made by shares traded day to day. In the last week, a huge percentage of the shares traded were initiated by a sell order, rather than a buy order. Some of those were forced. That's a recipe for the disaster we've witnessed and endured.
