There is zero chance management is going to wait for the price to be higher to finish the financing. They are desperate for cash and need it now. I wonder if they were so desperate that Maxim was able to demand they release the prospectus with no price set, knowing this price destruction would happen. If you're hoping the price for the financing is close to the share price before the drop, you're kidding yourself. If you were Maxim, would you buy shares for $3.74, when the stock price is $2.00 now? I expect the financing price to be at a discount to even the current price, like it was in 2016. I'm just glad I'm in Canada and can hopefully participate in the LIFE financing. I feel like it's the only chance I have to recoup the losses we've all suffered.
