ok, but again, the company needs money so giving options to the shareholders, and assuming that they will actually buy the option (at a higher price than they could get it today at the market) is virtually zero.
As much as I like free stuff, I don't see how this helps the company's immediate needs for cash....there is no guarantee anyone would purchase the options....and, look at the execs that actually hold the options and know what's going on....crickets.
As for management options, you are given a vote on whether to allow them to occur every year...I've voted no for the last several years; it's my only voice on the matter.
Sure, a thank-you from the company would be nice, but I won't be holding my breath.
