There have to be big changes to the management of Poet if they want to be taken seriously again.

They have developed great technology but they have to realize that different skill sets are needed to market and promote the company and someone with the financial savvy to operate in these fast-changing markets.

I hope some sort of deal is made with a larger company or investor.

This share offering is not enough and there has to be something more to this story.
