My comment on the present situation is be patient. Poet has made a missstep , what is important now is not to keep repeating to the prinicipals , " You have made a mistake."  The company knows they have made a missstep ,everyone makes mistakes in living a life , that is how life is lived. It's what one does after a mistake that counts.  Let's be supportive and hopefully, Suresh and his team can see us through this thing  the best way possible. Afterall, there is no point in cutting off our noses to spite our face.
