I am LONG on POET.

For me, this means I own the stock, and I made the investment because I believe the value of the investment will increase in the future.  With POET, I accept the risk of short term volatility and dilution that's common to small, pre-revenue companies.

POET management made a good decision to raise only $10M.  This indicates to me that they are confident in their ability to execute the plan for production and revenue within the next 6 months, and by limiting the amount of financing they have limited the dilution of shareholders.

The plan is spelled out in the financial statement.  If you are long, as I am, I believe that your investment will be profitable.  Relax.
