It's been 2 weeks since basic details of the Us$ Maxim and Cdn$ LIFE offerings were first announced. Why no final details yet ?

One assumed it was because of waiting for Q3 results. These are now out.

Also why on 2 or 3 Nov did the Company not come out with a news release to say there was no reason for the sudden and dramatic drop in share price, which is not unusual practice if truly nothing is amiss?

On 6 Nov there was a NR regarding the cash position as of 30 Sep... at current burn rate given in latest financials for Q3 this cash will not last much longer.

The pickup in volume in both markets could be traders or nervousness from current shareholders or new buyers...or more buying by shareholders trying to average down..who knows ! 

Hopefully some financing details or news comes out before this week is over. Patience is wearing thin .
