Thanks Hogan. Though everyone has a right to their own thoughts and opinions, the comments aren't constructive in my opinion.

Regarding the comment about Board seats needing to be given up, this isn't always the case in a White Squire scenario.  The White Squire investor(s) are a friendly investment by those whose interests are supported by the company's success.
