On the Poet website under heading "Summary of Life offering" it states

"The closing of this Offering is contingent on the closing of the US Public Offering"

So if the US Maxim deal does not happen there will be no Canadian offering either !!

As yet no further details on size or pricing of either of these offering has been made, 2 weeks have passed with no update - not even of a first tranche of the US offering.
