Also have been thinking, for quite some time now, that the ideal solution to the company inability to raise monies (NB: without massive dilution) was for them to vend a % of the company to a major, such as Celestial AI and  partners, in exchange for funding.

Would like to think, or dream, that right now Suresh is meeting with Dave Lazovsky et al discussing this very subject. It would no doubt need the agreement of all parties who funded Celestial AI..hence the current delay.
