Ive seen some references here as to how POET won't have enough money to make and ship product in volume.  That totally ignores what the SPX venture is for, to do just that, without any capital outlay.  POET is a classic fabless manufacturer.  You lay it out clearly.  Plus SPX is hiring.  They have 11 open positions.  Easy connectable dots.
