Skilled businesspeople will have multiple plans, but they get weaker (and much less desirable) as you move down the alphabet. I agree with your assessment however I think plan A B and C may have fallen through…or are taking much longer than anticipated, and we still need cash or credit.

Possible plans attempted or in progress :

• ·         Having purchase orders in hand.

• ·         A JV that was close and fell through or are still being finalized.

• ·         The ATM.

Unfortunately any JV would know Poets financial position, and can leverage for a larger piece of the pie. The real question is how desperate or vulnerable are we.
