My guess is Maxim let it expire to drag down the s/p then drag it down some more now they are buying up the cheap shares and when they get enough they will set the price above where we are and make some really quick money not to mention free warrants,  mika new this crap would happen he's done it with other companies , if he ain't the first one fired after this crap then we have a real problem. And they wunder why the tutes wouldnt touch is, lol  they've seen this guys crap before.
