How about trying something new.  Look for the positives going forward for this stock.  All the negative energy dwelling on the past is a drag on the investment.  POET is going to benefit immensely from a higher stock price and so are shareholders.  So, since this group has people who know the most about the company, how about keep the focus on the positive for awhile.  Can't go back and change the past.

Complainers and dissenters can do something positive and band together, get an attorney and call a special meeting of the BOD. Put the issues, some which are valid, on the agenda.  Put the issues to a vote and vote your shares.  Sending a letter is nothing. Its a waste of time and energy, like bashing.   Do something that can make a difference, take action, don't just come here to live in past and bash.
