I do agree with you, mostly, but my personal read of Suresh is that he is a most determined and optimistic person, with the smarts and competence (not perfection- but who has that?) to pull off his dream, and I will wait patiently to be one of those who profits handsomely for my own determination.  Perhaps being female has at times left me almost sick to my stomach at this bungee-jumping level drop, but my spouse is a chill dude, shrugged and said hold, and in the end I actually do like and trust our team.  
So, go Suresh, go Team, and bring us through this to that future dream company.  My biggest fear has always been geopolitical more than any other concern.
