I think all of the other customers remain committed, as they've said, but timelines have not come about as expected. So what else is new in groundbreaking technology? Does it ever come out of the box and take over the market? Usually, it makes some headway, then gathers like a snowball into an avalanche. Then all the observers say "who would have thought?"

It may be ultimately beneficial to have SPX leading the way as the US market hates being second to China, but also hates being first to try new tech hardware. 

Picture yourself 4 years from now, explaining how you foresaw all this and were patient as it unfolded, with some initial hiccups. Be careful what you say now if you care about not eating your words in the end.
