Thanks John,

after I threw up this morning, I started thinking along the same lines as what you just posted from breeze.

As freaked out as some people might be, selling at 20% lower than what the financing is being done at is probably not the smartest decision. Although, it's everyone's right to do what they want with their own money.

I for one am a buyer this morning.
