In the filing for the Maxim financing it stated :-

"Certain of executive officers and directors have indicated an interest in purchasing..shares and warrants in this offering ".

My question is how much of the money raised was actually from insiders of the company?

Perhaps it represented a fair % of total raised.

Since it is meant to close next Monday 4 Dec we should find out quite soon.

If they did not buy in at this level it would be a negative. If they did buy in a substantial amount it would be a definite positive.

Let's hope there is a Plan B suggested by Breeze . Hopefully it's something other than the LIFE financing which may never take place.

In view of the high volumes today, in both markets, it will be interesting to see tomorrow's report showing how much and what % of stock is still being shorted. Or does the high volume suggest the shorts are covering their naked short positions ?

Another thought:Is it possible that if Suresh is in Singapore giving his presentation he may be securing funding from "Asian investors" alluded to in one of Zacks earlier reports. If this is the plan B financing that would be great- wishful thinking!
