100% agree on several counts 54-40.

This has been a disaster since June,while we peaked over $5 per share USD, the ATM opened and the fall began. Down as much as 85%, for no good reason, nearly 6 months of hell for long-standing investors. 

But, bygones, right? Wrong! 

Answers, accountability and actions required. 

My question is, if a non dilutive source of capital is obtained, do we get a bounce back at least towards where we were a few months back? (A:Only if investors see the changes required)
