What I expect is for POET management (Suresh) to address the circumstances that created this situation. You can't be judge and jury without hearing the evidence and we have no idea who is even responsible for the decisions leading up to the collapse of the share price.
We don't know what we don't know. And think about this. David Lazovsky as the POET Executive Chair told us a couple years ago that the flood gates were about to open for POET upon completion of the 5th element (assumed to be the out of plane mirror). People who have a clear understanding of what POET has achieved recognize the value. Convincing the market is another story.
I was told by Tom a month ago that there would be a conference call or a report to shareholders after the financing closed. Until then I agree with some of the more level headed and respected people voicing an opinion here. We need to know the facts.
