Is it possible since Maxim would have been aware of the financing early and before us they may have been shorting us for a while and making good money at it...from $4 level down to dollar range while waiting for their shares tru the placement to cover their short.So its possible that Maxim has no risk and NO shares to get rid of...yet they would be sitting on a bunch of free warrants ....possible or not ?

I do not take the fact that Maxim took part in the offering at all. as a good sign.

Insiders need to buy en Masse in the open market...that would not be an unnoticed move...and the only saving grace i see now to REGAIN our confidence
