Mika resign. 

These thoughts confirm what many of us have argued here for months, he's a JOKE within the investment community.  And we're all paying the price.  He has to go, there is no other option.  Only arrogance, hubris and absurdity keeps this guy at the helm. 

It's over Mr. Mika, do the honourable thing and resign.  You had your turn, you failed us all.  Anyone arguing otherwise is an enabler at this point.  Please email Suresh routinely until action is taken, this is our investment, this is our company, and he's lost the confidence of this community.  Period.
