I haven't read all the negativity because all of the posters are in my ignore pile with the exception of a few loyal posters that remain.  It seems the board has been taken over by shorters and bashers, very little being said that has any value to me.  I will not be selling at these ridiculous prices, nor will I be reading any posts from the ignore heap, which continues to grow.
