You may be right, but there is also the fact that they shut down the LIFE raise in Canada. I doubt there were no takers in all of Canada and possibly on this board for that avenue

The LIFE offering was probably cancelled because the company may  not  have met the requirement of the funds lasting them 12 months even if they raised the 10 million Maximum

Listed issuer financing exemption: Eligibility ( Has active business operations and its principal asset is not cash, cash equivalents or its exchange listing.  Reasonably expects to have available funds to meet all business objectives and liquidity requirements for 12 months after the offering
