Are there any legal options available to remedy the situation against the company? What about POET's management having some kind of fiduciary responsibility? Personally, I question whether POET actually has anything that the market will use before several other companies get their products to market. POET talks about "samples" every few months. Results are what is wanted by the shareholders, but instead we get empty promises. There are some posters that promote patience and positive comments, but the bleeding continues with no comments or support from leadership. Very sad...... The potential pie for photonics might be huge, but it is difficult to see where POET fits in.
