Message: Legal options?

I'm a bit confused as well. Royalton called it last week with a financing happening in Canada but unfortunately it's dilutive at approx 10% of float including warrants for measly 4 months cash runway. And looks to me Tom is seeking same accredited investors as in past years. Where are the alternatives Suresh mentioned and partners who believe in the Poet vision. Appears it's likely IBK and the same Canadian investors here supporting company.
Thank goodness but if that is the only option to raise funds it's disconcerting. We are in a terrible position much worse financially than this time last year yet so much closer to industry acceptance yet no interest in independent coverage other than increasing mindshare per Suresh.

Suresh said in his letter to shareholders the climate to raise capital for micro caps is challenging and his words "in part" responsible for the challenges poet has faced. We need to know the other part not mentioned - what happened. FJ has alluded to this issue as well.

Selling is not an option for current shareholders at these prices other out of need, Tom knows it so complaining won't help. These guys really need to take a good look at the operation and how the BOD functions if they want to be taken seriously. I expect we should get more clarity and hopefully some good news in the early part of the new year.

Frustrated on the finance side  but won't get shaken out of my shares
