We have all said it before, management messed up big time with regards to this financing. I for one will never forgive them for this.

It should've been done along time ago when they realized that they were going to need the money. That's why we're in the situation we are now.

Having said that, there is nothing we can do about that now. I do have full confidence this financing will close. I know a lot of individuals who are more than willing to participate at this level and I certainly hope that management steps up as well. Until then, we wait.

Trading below the financing level doesn't make much sense to me at this point. I wasn't planning on buying any more shares, but buying below the $1.22 level seems to be a no-brainer. Since I'm not participating in the financing.

I wish everyone the best over the holiday season. The company will get through this. It's just going to take more time than a lot of us thought. In my opinion, of course.
