Im kind of curious as to why would anyone buy at $1.22 , when you can buy at these ridiculiously low prices now, i mean how can they be selling to prospective buyers at $1.22

It's the warrant, with a 5 year option to purchase.  If POET is going gangbusters a few years from now, those warrants are going to be worth much more than they will need to pay for them.
