Financing open for everyone

I just got a message from Barnes and was positively surprised that this financing is actually open for everyone more or less so theoretically I could participate even resident in Switzerland and my broker is in Germany. I do not have enough time for the first tranche but I might get in at the second if there is one.

But I still have to go through the paperwork and see if it's really doable and also for what price.
