Thanks for this FJ.  Haven't posted in a long time but wanted to add another message worth sharing in my opinion.

As with other posts last week, I wondered about the possibilities of oversubscription.  The Subscription documents state - ".... a maximum of up to 4,098,360 Units ...... for aggregate gross proceeds of a maximum of up to approximately C$5 million".

I contacted Kevin (email and phone, easy to reach, very responsive, pleasant to deal with) and he stated that they were not allowed (by law or regulation I forget which) to oversubscribe this offering.  He also stated that is a bridge to other avenues that are being pursued.

I'm certainly no expert in private placements but that was the message I received.

Obviously, no one is thrilled with the share price.  In the meantime, we wait another week to see if the financing will be fully subscribed and which insiders participated and to what degree.
